The mind-body connection means that physical aspects of health, such as exercise, nutrition and sleep, can often impact the mental and emotional aspects of health. Similarly, our cognitions, attitudes and emotions may influence physical and biological functioning. These affect the positive or negative that a person may experience during their physical training.

Our Counselling

After a one-to-one session with the patient, our team will design the phased out counselling schedule to meet individual requirements.Our experts will not use the counselling to focus on what is going wrong typically or not working in a person's life but instead help the individual explore the mind-body interface, accessing and utilizing their own internal abilities to achieve their well-being and ultimate goals. This will help address both psychological and physical concerns.
